Yesterday I went to have my safety inspection and oil changed. Normally I go to a competitor but I saw online that Midas also rotates tires. During the inspection process, the CV boot needed replacement and the work was done right away. I was given a courtesy ride back to work and was picked up promptly after. I was very happy with their service and Roxanne, the receptionist, was super helpful and caring. In the future, I will go to this location for all my repairs. I moved to Kauai from Utah last September. I purchased a used car upon my arrival and took it into the Kauai Midas for a State Safety Inspection. I chose Midas because it's a national brand which I have come to trust, through years of servicing my cars back in Utah, for their great customer service and integrity. They are also conveniently located near the Kauai DMV. The guys in the Kauai branch did not disappoint me. They delivered timely and personable service and I couldn't believe how quickly they had me in and out and on my way; just 10 minutes. I purchased an 18 year old Toyota T-100 4wd truck that needed a LOT of work. Brakes, clutch, new tires, muffler and custom sized tailpipes. In two days they transformed a very unsafe vehicle into one I feel confident to drive into Waipio Valley one day! Mahalo nui loa! Special thanks go to Clint, Carlton, and Ike.
