1) Sales/Ordering Questions
A.

Absolutely. Cars the require synthetic oil typically do not need as many oil changes so you can combine 2 conventional oil change certificates for 1 synthetic oil change or you can use your conventional oil change certificates to get $49.99 off synthetic oils change (approximately $85.00).

A. Yes our program requires you subscribe using safe and secure Paypal. This allow us to keep our administrative cost low and pass more value to our customers. Using Paypal ensures that our customers maintain complete control of their subscription payments. This also allows you to easily cancel/terminate your subscription anytime.

A. Cancelling a PayPal subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.

  1. Go to Paypal Settings.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Under "Preapproved payments", click Manage preapproved payments.
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

A. Oil Change/Safety Check Certificate Delivery Options

  • If you purchase the annual subscription, 4 certificates & safety check certificate will be mailed to you in 24-48 hours.
  • If you purchase the monthly subscription (Immediate delivery), you will be email your 1 certificates & safety check certificate within 24-48 hours and then received via email an oil change certificate on the 6th 9th, 12th month.
  • If you purchase the monthly subscription (Certificates Delivery in 3 Months), you will be emailed your 1 oil change certificate & safety check certificate on the 3rd month and then received via email an oil change certificate on the 6th 9th, 12th month.
Orders are normally processed in 24-48 hours and shipping takes 1-2 business days.

A. CCC members get series of free maintenance services. Just schedule an appointment and you are good to go.

  • Flat tire repair
  • Tire rotation with every oil change or service if needed
  • Wheel balance check
  • Wiper blade replacement service (does not include blades)
  • Fluid level check & refills as needed
  • Battery & electrical system check with printout
  • Brake inspection
  • Alignment check
