I purchased an 18 year old Toyota T-100 4wd truck that needed a LOT of work. Brakes, clutch, new tires, muffler and custom sized tailpipes. In two days they transformed a very unsafe vehicle into one I feel confident to drive into Waipio Valley one day! Mahalo nui loa! Special thanks go to Clint, Carlton, and Ike. Sheri knows only one phrase: 'no problem' and that is what you feel at each step. I would like to personally thank Claraence Pacarro for his outstanding customer service provided to me. I stopped by last Friday AM and needed a safety check. Since the Beretania shop did not have an inspector and I was not familiar with the Kaimuki location, he offered to show me the way. Upon arrival the Kaimuki shop did the safety check very quickly. All around it was a great team effort, no up selling and excellent customer service. I have never had such a great experience when needing work done on my car. Many Mahalos!

Outstanding customer service and work, took less time than anticipated. You fixed my breaks on my old 1995 Honda Civic a while back and just recently my exhaust pipe.
I can't say enough about the person who did the job replacing my exhaust pipe. I understood from the receptionist he was an expert in exhaust and he truly demonstrated it by showing me the problem so I can see for myself AND replacing the pipe in an extremely short amount of time.
Also, the receptionist was very professional and courteous always asking if I and the rest of the customers were okay... I don't plan on taking my car back to the dealer again. Great service!

My Cadillac is 18 years old... Unfortunately it is hard to find a muffler to fit.'24' inch... G.M dosent make them any longer.
Shari the Manager and Robert wouldn't give up untill they found the correct muffler.
Besides being professional and concerned with my problem..And personable I might add.. Shari never gave up on solving it.. I now have the correct muffler and car is running well. 'Shari' You..are a 'Gem Stone' in the 'Midas' book. It is understandable why your a Manager. I know you will continue serving happy customers as myself in the future.
