Ross truly is a "service oriented" manager. NATE, his current assistant, is also customer service "akamai".

    I just found out my safety inspection sticker was expired. I found a coupon on Midas Hawaii's website for a State Safety inspection so I decided to buy it. Called in around 8am on Friday if they were doing safety checks and how long it would take. The receptionist was very friendly and said about half an hour. I went down to Midas about 9am and was out the door at about 9:15am. Very fast service and everyone was very friendly there! I'll be coming back to this location.

    Yesterday I went to have my safety inspection and oil changed. Normally I go to a competitor but I saw online that Midas also rotates tires. During the inspection process, the CV boot needed replacement and the work was done right away. I was given a courtesy ride back to work and was picked up promptly after. I was very happy with their service and Roxanne, the receptionist, was super helpful and caring. In the future, I will go to this location for all my repairs. I trust them which is a lot to say now-a-days.

    I went in on the Last day of the month for a safety check. I expected it to take a long time because there were so many people there doing the same thing I was.     I moved to Kauai from Utah last September. I purchased a used car upon my arrival and took it into the Kauai Midas for a State Safety Inspection. I chose Midas because it's a national brand which I have come to trust, through years of servicing my cars back in Utah, for their great customer service and integrity. They are also conveniently located near the Kauai DMV. The guys in the Kauai branch did not disappoint me. They delivered timely and personable service and I couldn't believe how quickly they had me in and out and on my way; just 10 minutes. I returned 15 minutes later with my approval from the DMV and they took the time to personally apply the safety renewal sticker to my car. I was thoroughly pleased with my entire experience.
